We would like to inform you about an important update regarding our server and system infrastructure. To enhance our services and improve overall performance, we have migrated our server and updated our system. Due to these changes, you may find that your inverter on the ShinePhone app is displaying as offline. This is a permanent change and requires a simple re-login to resolve.
Steps to Resolve:
If you encounter this issue, please follow these steps to log out and log back into your account:
1. Open the ShinePhone App:
- Launch the ShinePhone app on your device.
2. Go to the Bottom Panel:
- Navigate to the bottom panel of the app.
3. Select 'Me':
- Click on the 'Me' option located at the far right of the bottom panel.
4. Log Out:
- Tap on your username.
- Select 'Log out' from the options.
5. Re-login:
- Open the ShinePhone app again.
- When prompted to select a region, please choose 'Australia'.
- Enter your login credentials to access your account.
