Why is This Happening?
The holiday season always sees a rise in shipment volumes. However, this year, the increase is compounded by logistical challenges, staffing shortages, and other constraints at the courier's depot. These factors have slowed down the processing of parcels, resulting in delays across the network.
What Are We Doing About It?
We are in constant communication with our courier partners to expedite the scanning, sorting, and delivery processes. Additional resources are being deployed to address the backlog, and we are actively monitoring the situation to minimize further delays.
