Fault Code 02 - Temperature too high
If your inverter is experiencing Fault 02 as indicated on the image above, it means the device has detected an unusually high temperature.
To fix this, please follow the instructions below:
1. Ensure that the inverter is not exposed to direct sunlight.
2. Make sure there is a cover over the top of the inverter.
3. Restart the inverter after confirming that it has cooled down.
How to select inverter temperature
If the issue persists after completing the above steps, please take photos of the inverter's serial number label along with the fault code displayed on the screen and send them to us via email.
