Products Eligible for Return
The following products are eligible for return to Growatt for warranty claims or replacements:
Inverters:
- Models ending with -X, -XH: This includes both single-phase and three-phase units from the MIN Series and MOD Series.
- Models starting with SPH: For example, SPH 5000 and SPH 5000 TLBL UP.
- Models starting with SPF: For example, SPF 5000ES and SPF 5000TL-P HVM.
Batteries:
- All models
Products for Self-Disposal
Certain products have been designated for self-disposal, reflecting our commitment to sustainable practices. These items do not require return to Growatt:
- Inverters with model names ending in -S or MTL: Including both single-phase and three-phase models.
- Smart meters: All models.
- Dongles: All models.
- Backup boxes: All models.
- BDC boxes: These are not required for return.
Important: Customers should retain serial numbers for any future invoice claims or replacement requests.
Return Compliance and Consequences
If an inverter model is required to be returned, failure to return the unit to Growatt will result in the issuance of an invoice for payment. Additionally, the warranty procedure will not be processed until the faulty unit is returned.

For customers ready to return a faulty unit, providing the following information will ensure a smooth pickup process:
- Company Name (not required for end-users)
- Contact Number
- Sender's Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Warranty Claim Ticket Number
- Preferred Collection Time Frame
- Model Name of the Inverter
- For Pallets: Width, Height, Length, and Weight
Courier Service and Pickup Process
Growatt partners with Sendle, Couriers Please, Aramex, and TNT/FedEx for the collection of faulty products. Once your return request is processed, a connote will be sent to you. Please print this connote and have it ready for the courier pickup from your location. Ensure you are available during the specified time frame for the collection.
